One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in the Austin area.

The role requires 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, strong communication, and a clean driving record, with night and weekend rotations. Franchised location, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot malfunctions, determining extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after each job
• Conveys a safety‑conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean inside and out
• Night and weekend rotations are required

Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

• 3‑5+ years HVAC experience
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
