Complete Building Services is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for our Commercial HVAC Service division in Washington, DC. As an HVAC Technician, you'll maintain equipment, diagnose system problems, and support installation projects. Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• State HVAC License Journeyman or Masters preferred, but not required based on experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned.
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors.

Skills

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with HVAC systems

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
