• EPA 608 Certification required; NATE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed
• Troubleshoot complex issues quickly and provide clear solutions to customers
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain professional communication with clients and the team
• Uphold the highest safety standards and represent our commitment to excellence

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC service technician (residential and/or commercial)
• EPA 608 Certification (NATE certification a plus)
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions
• Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, and time-management skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to doing the job right the first time
