We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, including replacing parts and adjusting controls using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with low rotation on-call schedule.

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, replacing defective parts.
• Install refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems.
• Understand and troubleshoot systems such as Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Wet Systems, Cooling Towers, VAV Boxes, and VFDs.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Knowledge of HVAC theory, practices, tools, and equipment
• Own basic hand tools
• EPA Universal certification
• Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic/DDC control, and air conditioning systems
• Basic electrical and control systems knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chiller experience
• Experience with package units up to 60 tons
