Lonestar Comfort Services is a local expert heating and cooling company proudly serving the communities of Castroville, Devine, Hondo, Lytle, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide our customers with professional and reliable service, and innovative solutions, and offer cutting-edge technology to make their homes smart, comfortable, and efficient.

Currently, we're looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you can put your skills to use and be treated like more than just "a number" then we want to hear from you!

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other Service Technicians.

Work Hours: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday, on-call rotation

Pay: Our top techs up to $150k+ annually. We offer Spiffs and a Commission based pay structure.

Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Required qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of HVAC residential field experience
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School -
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE Certified -
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve HVAC issues.
• Possess own tools
