What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of field experience in HVAC service

Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups

Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations

Accurately complete work orders and reports

Collaborate with team members and office staff for efficient scheduling
