What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of field experience in HVAC service
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  
  

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations
• Accurately complete work orders and reports
• Collaborate with team members and office staff for efficient scheduling
