Primary Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Present repair or replacement options to customers
• Ensure successful completion of repairs
• Accurately record work performed using appropriate technology
• Educate customers on products and services to improve their comfort, health, and safety
• Ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of work performed
• Assist with installations or changeouts when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Willingness to adhere to company standards, procedures, and policies
• NATE certification
