Complete Comfort, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment.

We’re looking for a technician who can work independently in customers’ homes and communicate findings clearly, while benefiting from year-round work, training opportunities, and a take-home service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous professional HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, phones, and field-service technology.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential heating and cooling system issues
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Complete accurate service documentation

Pay: $26-$36/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday + On-Call Rotation

Complete Comfort, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can step into the role and confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment.

We're specifically looking for an experienced technician who doesn't need to start from square one. At the same time, you won't be left on an island. Our owner has extensive technical and troubleshooting knowledge and enjoys helping technicians continue sharpening their skills.

What You'll Do
