Position Summary

To provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work hours

40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.

Pay

Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience + bonuses! Our top technicians are earning over $100k annually!

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (all levels considered).
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• NATE Certification highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and instructions.
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in repairing and replacing HVAC components.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
