Pay: $75K-$100K depending on performance.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; must be available for on-call schedule.

Position Summary: To service and maintain residential air conditioning systems per company standards, ensuring high-quality customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience servicing air conditioning units
• Valid license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with a range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience in repair and replacement decisions
• Willingness to invest in HVAC tools
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide beneficial solutions
• Ability to retain knowledge and skills in the field

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with communicating/inverter systems is a plus
