You will work an on-call schedule Monday–Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime opportunities available and revolving scheduled weekends.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

You start your day on the road with a fully stocked vehicle, heading straight to your first residential job. You diagnose and repair systems with confidence, keeping efficiency top of mind while always double-checking performance for long-term reliability. As you move through each call, you perform scheduled maintenance, stay alert to safety procedures, and spot opportunities where customers could benefit from upgrades-offering solutions that make sense for them. You stay in constant communication with homeowners, making technical concepts simple, and leaving them impressed not just with your skill, but with your professionalism.

Here's what we need from you:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus!
