Pay Rate: $29.00/hr to $39.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs.

Position Summary: To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential customers according to company standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Required Qualifications:

• 5 + years of HVAC residential service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• NATE Certified or obtained within 1 year of employment
• Universal EPA Certification
• Willingness to invest in basic tools
