Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site work by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating tasks.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment, keeping detailed records.
• Document work through paperwork, including daily logs and cost data.
• Serve as a direct contact for customers, providing technical support.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and manage timely procurement.
• Maintain current knowledge of products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Interpret product specifications accurately.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, with some overnight travel.
• Require at least 5 years of relevant experience.
