Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose & perform equipment repairs and part replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (minimum 3years)
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload (plus ladders, attics, crawlspaces)
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Universal EPA certification
• NATE certification a plus
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and walk at various intervals
