We are seeking a congenial and cooperative HVAC Service Technician skilled in HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair, with an efficient and precise work ethic to join our growing team!

• Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000 annually
  
  

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional on call responsibility and overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including all electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform system startups and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal HVAC performance.
• Assess customer needs, provide expert HVAC recommendations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
• Use the work order system to receive, update, and complete HVAC service calls efficiently.
• Be available for on-call emergency HVAC service as needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5 or more years of experience in HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• A strong work ethic and reliability to meet the demands of the HVAC role.
• EPA Certification.
• The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including earning NATE certifications.
