American Heating & Air Plus, LLC in Lake Geneva, WI, is hiring experienced HVAC Installers to join our family‑oriented team serving Lake Geneva and surrounding areas. You will install and service heating and cooling systems, prioritizing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer $30–$45 per hour with weekly pay, full-time schedule (Mon–Fri) with overtime potential, and benefits including PTO, paid holidays, health insurance options, uniforms, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and/or installation skills.
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
