Job summary

Fred's Plumbing and Heating is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer for a full-time position in Champaign, IL. You will install heating and cooling systems and deliver excellent customer service.

Expected schedule is 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday with half-days on Fridays, plus an on-call rotation. We offer a $2,000 signing bonus, competitive pay up to $38/hour, company phone and take-home vehicle, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Polite and professional attitude
• Desire to learn more and grow within the industry
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within 30 minutes of Champaign, IL
• EPA certification - preferred

Responsibilities

• Install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with half-days on Fridays and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Learn and grow within the trade to become a more confident and capable technician.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Our Experienced HVAC Installers work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with half-days on Fridays. There is a required on-call rotation.

You'll be responsible for completing high-quality heating and air conditioning installations while providing great customer service that encourages clients to choose us again in the future. Every day will bring something different, but what stays the same is your commitment to getting the job done quickly and accurately. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to learn more in the trade and become a more confident and capable technician!
