West Allis Heating is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Lead Installer for residential installations on a Friday-Monday weekend schedule with a 4-day workweek. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset.

Sign-On Bonus Payout Details

• 25% paid after 90 days
• $1,000 per month for each month after until fully paid

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Range $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Schedule Friday-Monday
• Tuesday-Thursday OFF every week
