We’re seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and licensed HVAC installation technician to join our team. In this role, you will visit homes and businesses, assess blueprints, codes, and manuals to install various HVAC equipment. Your responsibilities include installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. The ideal candidate possesses the technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment effectively, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Compensation: $25 - $55 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Inspect pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks
• Join pipes or tubing from equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant sources
• Use electrical testing equipment to check circuits and components
• Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to diagrams using hand tools
• Replace heating, cooling, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Arrive on time and prepare before work
• Communicate courteously with customers
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Properly pressurize and evacuate systems
• Complete commissioning upon project completion
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communication with the office

Qualifications:

• Required local and state HVAC technician licenses
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
• Basic understanding of high and low voltage electrical wiring
• HVAC school degree and 2+ years of field experience as an installer
• 3+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
