Job summary

TNT Heating & Air Inc. in North and South Carolina is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team.

You will install heating and cooling systems to our standards, delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting ongoing training.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with on‑call and overtime. EPA certification and NATE certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days) are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 2+ years install experience.
• EPA certified.
• NATE Certification or willing to obtain after 90 days of employment.
• Proficient in HVAC design and installation of ductwork.
• Understand refrigerants, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and residential/commercial systems.
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and commercial.
• Strong safety knowledge with testing equipment.

Experienced HVAC Installer

TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 34-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our concept is to provide efficient and quality work in all areas of HVAC service. From our 24-hour emergency service department to the installation of new equipment, we cover all expectations that heating, and air require while staying up to date on all code requirements. We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team!

Sign-On Bonus Available - up to $5,000*

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00/hr. Depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and commercial systems
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and commercial
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds
