Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing family. The role involves installing heating and cooling systems (primarily residential with some light commercial) in Greensboro.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Team-oriented and hard-working; work well with a lead installer while maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
• Willing to work flexible schedule as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possess required hand tools.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Wear proper PPE for personal safety.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (attics up to 130°F and freezing temperatures).
