Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village invites you to join our team as a Host or To-Go team member. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced pizza-focused environment.

Be the welcoming face, manage seating and reservations, and support a collaborative FOH team. Prior hosting experience and a passion for hospitality help you thrive here; OpenTable knowledge may qualify you for higher pay, with perks and growth through our growing restaurant group.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with guest-focus.
• Ability to stay energized and professional during busy shifts.
• Open availability for days, nights and weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, friendly face that welcomes guests and sends them off happy.
• Manage seating, waitlists, and reservations using OpenTable Guest Center.
• Keep the flow moving smoothly by coordinating with FOH team and MOD.
• Answer phones promptly and handle guest questions confidently.
• Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Host or To-Go team member, you set the tone for every guest experience.

• Answer phones promptly and handle guest questions with confidence
• Help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running like a well-oiled pizza machine

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of hosting experience
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely caring personality
• Ability to stay on your feet and stay energized during busy shifts
• Open availability for days, nights, and weekends is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
• Experience with OpenTable Guest Center may qualify you for higher pay
• A love for learning, teamwork, and delivering true hospitality
