• Previous restaurant or hosting experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to just about anyone.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep the floor flowing.
• Answer phones promptly and assist guests with questions.
• Take and organize to-go orders accurately.
• Keep the host stand organized and ready for the shift.
• Read the room and jump in to support teammates as needed.
• Leave guests with a positive, lasting impression.
