Mi Casa Hospice – San Antonio, TX

Mi Casa Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing hospice team. This position provides direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing facilities while working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality end‑of‑life care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing visits to hospice patients according to the plan of care.
  • Assess and document patient condition, symptoms, and changes in status.
