Job summary

High Point Design is seeking an experienced designer to create hosiery and licensed character products for major brands. You will research trends, translate inspiration into mockups, and develop apparel items for Hello Kitty, Disney and other licensors.

The role requires a college degree and 3+ years of hosiery design experience, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office. You will coordinate with overseas factories and manage sample boards and line sheets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing hosiery or licensed character product.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research, organize, present and translate trend, graphics and color inspiration.
• Design socks, tights and slipper socks for Hello Kitty, Disney, Nickelodeon, Peanuts, Universal, Warner Bros., Nintendo, Sega, Coca Cola and more.
• Prepare design concept submissions for licensors.
• Communicate with overseas factories.
• Keep sample boards, line sheet books and computer files organized.

Salary based on experience
