Job summary

White's Auto Mall Honda in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our Honda Service Team. You will perform routine maintenance and complex repairs, diagnose issues, and provide clear communication with Service Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of technician experience.
Proficiency in new vehicle technologies.
Proficient computer skills.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and complex repair tasks to guarantee optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
Provide estimates for any additional necessary repairs.
Clearly and professionally communicate mechanical problems and repair solutions to Service Advisors.
Correctly document testing and repair procedures on work orders.
Complete multi point inspections including pictures and videos.
