White's Auto Mall in Hopkinsville, KY seeks experienced Automotive Technicians to join our service team. You will maintain and repair vehicles from CDJR brands in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of technician experience.
Proficiency in new vehicle technologies.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs promptly.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs needed.
Effectively communicate mechanical issues and repairs to Service Advisors.
Document testing and repairs performed on work order.
Perform multi point inspections with pictures and videos.
Stay updated on new technical information and technologies through formal training sessions.
