Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non‑medical care in clients' homes across the community. You will offer companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and being 18+. CNA/First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus. Competitive pay starts at $14/hr with flexible schedules and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as caregiver or in a similar role.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 18 years or older and reliable transportation.
• CNA, First Aid or CPR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families and co‑workers.
• Ensure reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.
