Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide meaningful care in clients' homes. If you enjoy serving others, have a big heart, and hold a valid driver’s license, read on to learn more about joining our team.

As an experienced caregiver, you will support clients of all ages and abilities, ensuring their well-being where they are happiest and most comfortable—in their own homes. Compensation starts at $14/hr with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a caregiver.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• CNA, First Aid, CPR certifications a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
