Job summary

Parma Tavern in Buford, Georgia is seeking an experienced server to deliver friendly, attentive service in a busy, high-volume setting. You will guide guests through the menu, suggest beverage pairings, and ensure accurate orders with a positive, team-focused attitude.

The role supports lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and late-night service. Base wage is $2.13 per hour plus tips; benefits include employee dining, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities within our growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent full-service serving experience preferred.
• High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, attentive hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence.
• Recommend food pairings, craft beers, wines, cocktails, and featured items.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
• Manage multiple tables while delivering consistent service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, and beverages.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and staff to ensure timing and accuracy.
