Qualifications

• Proven 4 years of experience operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trenchers.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow project specs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and job site personnel.
