WM is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator at our Morristown site to perform essential driving and material handling tasks. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and maintaining equipment in top condition.

Key requirements include at least 3 years of heavy equipment experience, legal work authorization in the United States, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Preferred Experience: transfer trailer, skid steer, loader.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Move and position materials with material moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
