Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Butler, GA is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our manufacturing and aggregate operations. You will operate a variety of heavy equipment, perform inspections, and support maintenance under the plant manager's supervision.

The role is full-time with a day shift and potential weekend work, plus overtime and comprehensive medical and retirement benefits. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork in delivering high-quality results for growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused with strict adherence to policies.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Quarry experience preferred.
• Able to perform safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
• Knowledge of crushers, conveyors and screens.
• Flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform daily pre- and post inspections.
• Service and maintain equipment as directed by management.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency and safety.
• Follow MSHA and environmental regulations for safe procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
