Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in El Paso, TX. The role requires operating multiple heavy machines, including backhoes, dozers, and excavators, to prepare job sites and meet grade specifications.

You will load, move, and grade materials while maintaining safety and productivity on fast-paced projects. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience, be willing to perform laborer tasks, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Willing to do laborer work.
• Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple heavy equipment types per project to prepare job sites.
• Load, move, level and grade dirt, rocks, and other materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety standards and project guidelines.
• Perform equipment maintenance checks and basic housekeeping.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
