BoMac Contractors, Ltd. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to inspect, maintain, repair, and overhaul heavy machinery used in marine and civil construction across land and water worksites.

The role requires tools you own, 5+ years of experience, a TWIC card, and willingness to travel. You will work in both shop and outdoor settings, with lifting up to 75 pounds and diverse weather conditions to ensure safe, reliable equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform physical labor and operate or assist with maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to lift heavy components and work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and overhaul heavy machinery used in marine and civil projects.
• Operate and install/remove mechanical components; use hand and power tools.
• Work in shop and outdoor environments with exposure to weather.
• Lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Travel as required.
