Job summary

Anderson Ford of Bullhead City is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Technician to perform bumper-to-bumper service on heavy diesel vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, ensuring safety and reliability for customers.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines are essential. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance, with focus on engines, brakes, drivetrains, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in automotive technician role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with clean history.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and replacement on heavy diesel vehicles.
• Conduct maintenance services including oil changes and fluid exchanges.
• Perform diagnostic services and evaluations (emissions, drivability, overheating).
• Complete safety and courtesy inspections.
• Follow factory specifications for repair and service.
• Maintain organized work area and proper paperwork after jobs.
