Job summary

Anderson Ford of Bullhead City, part of Anderson Auto Group, is seeking an experienced service technician to perform comprehensive vehicle service and repairs. The role supports a busy shop, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

You will handle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs, collaborating with a team to meet deadlines and quality standards. ASE certification is preferred, valid driver’s license required, and a commitment to learning new

Qualifications

2 to 5 years’ experience in an automotive technician/mechanic role.
High School or GED preferred
ASE certification preferred but not required
Valid U.S. Drivers License, clean driving history
Must adapt to new technologies and processes and work well in change
Ability to learn, innovate and present new ideas
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment

Responsibilities

Conduct bumper‑to‑bumper service and repairs on customer vehicles.
Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid exchanges and belt replacements.
Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, emissions systems and electrical components.
Work with shop team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all policies.
