Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled, professional Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will focus on what you do best: delivering high-quality home repairs and improvements for customers who value your expertise.

What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will go directly from your residence to a residential or light commercial job site to complete a variety of small-to-medium repair and improvement projects. After your last job of the day you can return to your home, no need to stop by the office everyday. Success in this role means:

Completing tasks like drywall repairs, trim work, carpentry adjustments, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes efficiently and to a high standard.

Consulting with homeowners upon arrival to review the scope of work, explain your process, and build trust.

Managing your time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within the estimated timeframe.

Maintaining a clean, safe work area and leaving the customer's home cleaner than you found it.

Representing our brand with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication.

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance and remodeling, with demonstrated skills in carpentry, trim work, drywall patching/finishing, and light plumbing/electrical work.

Your own reliable & presentable truck or van suitable for transporting tools and materials to job sites.

A comprehensive set of your own hand and power tools to perform the trades listed above.

A valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful approach to customer service.

Ability to pass a background check.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience using smart devices or tablets for scheduling and job tracking.
