That's ok also because we have a great training program and you can lead a gutter team within 6 months without prior gutter knowledge!

Requirements:

1. 2+ years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
2. Positive attitude

4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
8. Must be 18 or older
9. Must have a valid driver's license
