Requirements:

1. 2+ years experience in exterior construction and remodeling
2. Positive attitude

4. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
5. Interest in growing with the company and leading a team of installers
6. Willingness to work overtime
7. Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
8. Must be 18 or older
9. Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation:

1. % based production pay ($30-40+/hr for experienced installers)
