Job summary

Griffith Family Dental in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Associate General Dentist for a part-time position. The practice, a locally owned four-generation office with a modern, tech-equipped clinic, offers direct clinical mentorship, leadership paths, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities include comprehensive exams, treatment planning, restorative and preventive services, radiographs review, and collaboration with hygienists and staff.

Qualifications

• Active California dental license (required).
• Minimum 3–4 years of clinical experience as a general dentist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using current standards of care.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and removable prosthetics.

• Review radiographs, clinical findings, and medical histories to ensure appropriate treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Practice Act regulations.

Employment Details and Benefits

Employment Type: Part-Time (W-2)

Paid Time Off: Up to 40 hours of PTO per year.

2-3 days per week; 8:30am -5:30pm, no weekends.

Compensation

• First 90 Days: Competitive daily guaranteed rate ($800 - $850)
• After 90 Days: Percentage of adjusted collections
