Madison No Fear Dentistry in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. You’ll deliver comprehensive care, educate patients, and build trust with families in a welcoming environment.

  • 3–5 years experience, and/or experience with an insurance-independent practice.
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-first philosophy.
  • Confident and solution oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, comfort, and patient education.
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure an exceptional patient experience at every visit.
  • Diagnose and present treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all standards of care.
  • Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education.
  • Provide input into operations and give suggestions for operational efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience, and/or, experience with an insurance-independent practice.
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-first philosophy.
  • Confident and solution oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and foster long term relationships with patients.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence.
  • An understanding of the importance of taking ownership of his/her operatory and growing a patient base.
