We are a Concord, MA based family seeking an experienced, knowledgeable gardener to help us create and maintain beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces at our home. We envision a long‑term partnership with a talented individual who shares our passion for cultivating both ornamental and edible gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plant, and maintain attractive flower beds and ornamental plantings throughout the property
• Develop and oversee a family vegetable and fruit garden, including plant selection, seasonal planning, and hands‑on instruction for children
• Assess landscape needs and coordinate with specialized contractors for larger projects (tree pruning, hardscaping, extensive clearing, etc.)
• Create and implement a multi‑year landscape improvement plan that enhances the property’s beauty and ecological value

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of plants suited to New England climate and growing conditions
• Proven experience in both ornamental and edible garden design and maintenance
• Strong communication skills and patience for teaching gardening basics to children (and adults!)
