Job summary

Pumpkin Brook Organic Gardening, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fine Garden Team Leader to supervise a crew of skilled gardeners. The role emphasizes organic land care, strong plant ID, and top customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality maintenance for client gardens in the Boston Metro West area.

Qualifications

• 5 years of fine garden maintenance experience.
• 2-3 years of team leader experience.
• Solid plant ID and organic care knowledge required.

• Lead pruning and organic care best practices.
• Maintain good physical condition for lifting and daily tasks.
