Job summary

Steve's & Sons, an award-winning interior and exterior doors manufacturer, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our supply chain in San Antonio, TX. You will operate forklifts, load and unload, and assist in shipping and receiving to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Applicants should have 5+ years of forklift experience and a safety-focused mindset aligned with OSHA standards. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our family-owned company

Qualifications

Experience operating powered forklifts is required.
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test and a Criminal History Check.
Must Pass a Company Forklift Certification Test and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to the Supervisor immediately.
Load and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other handling equipment.
Store products in proper locations on the production floor.
Transport products to various units in a safe and timely manner.
Deliver products to units safely and promptly.
Sort and label products per company procedures.
Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning and organizing pallets and tools.
Follow OSHA regulations and company policies for a safe workplace.
