Job summary

Abacus Corporation, a family-owned staffing leader with 80+ years of experience nationwide, is seeking an Order Picker forklift operator. Various shifts available: Sunday-Wednesday 6AM-4:30PM, Sunday-Wednesday 6PM-4:30AM; Wednesday-Saturday 6AM-4:30PM, Wednesday-Saturday 6PM-4:30AM.

Base Pay Rate: $21.00/hour; Shift Differential: $1.00/hour on qualifying shifts; $150 SIGN ON BONUS. Key responsibilities include safely operating the Order Picker forklift, reaching up to 30 feet, following safety

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of recent certification for Order Picker operation.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights (up to 30 feet).
• Must successfully complete a simulator assessment prior to starting.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Order Picker forklift.
• Perform tasks at heights of up to 30 feet, including picking and placing inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.
• Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and staging of materials.
