Job summary

Abacus Corporation in the United States is seeking skilled Order Picker Operators to join our warehouse team. You will operate order pickers and other material handling equipment to move goods safely, while maintaining accurate records with RF scanners.

You'll contribute to shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, perform routine equipment inspections, and help build organized pallets. The role requires teamwork, attentiveness to safety, and the ability to use multiple lift types.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with order picking preferred.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse tech.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy items as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Order Picker and other equipment to load/unload safely.
• Move materials to designated areas using RF scanners for tracking.
• Assist in shipping/receiving and proper storage of products.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on order picker.
• Collaborate with team to build and organize pallets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in other departments when needed.
• Must operate at least 3 lifts: Cherry-picker, Turret truck, Stand-up Reach, Rider, or Electric Pallet Jack.

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Order Picker Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Shifts:

Mon-Thur: 5am-3:30pm

Mon-Fri: 4pm-12:30am

Fri-Sun and Tues: 5am-3:30pm

Duties

Operate Order Picker and other material handling equipment to load and unload products safely.

Move materials to designated areas within the warehouse using RF scanners for accurate tracking.

Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are accounted for and properly stored.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on order picker to ensure safe operat

ion.

Collaborate with team members to build and organize pallets for efficient storage and transport.

Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Assist in other depts when needed.

Must be able to operate at least 3 of the following lifts: Cherry-picker, Turret truck, Stand-up Reach , Rider and Electric Pallet Jack
