Friedman Vartolo LLP seeks an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. The candidate will manage foreclosure from referral through conclusion, order title, obtain payoffs, and handle deadlines, communicating updates to clients.

The role requires a broad knowledge of real estate default services and proficiency with tools like LPS, Caseaware, Tempo. Strong organization, research, and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of foreclosure experience.
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
• Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo is a plus.
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Detail oriented and deadline-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage heavy workload.

Responsabilités

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-file with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
• Maintain filing/document system.
• Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide & adhere to legal deadlines.
• Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
• Prepare reports for attorneys.

The Position

Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of foreclosure experience including, but not limited to managing foreclosure from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed, assignment and letter preparation, meeting time sensitive deadlines, providing updates and timely responses to clients, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• E-filing with various court systems.
• Document recording.
• Maintain client and case files.
• Correspond with and update clients.
