Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will manage foreclosure from referral through conclusion, coordinate title work, obtain payoffs, deeds and assignments, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities include drafting motions and pleadings, e-filing, document recording, keeping client and case files, and maintaining calendars while communicating updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-year related foreclosure experience.
• Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
• Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Independent worker; Deadline driven.
• Able to manage a heavy workload.
• Confident and comfortable on the phone.
• Works well under pressure.

• Prepare reports for attorneys.

The Position

Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of foreclosure experience including, but not limited to managing foreclosure from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed, assignment and letter preparation, meeting time sensitive deadlines, providing updates and timely responses to clients, etc.

Compensation / Benefits

We offer a compensation package that will be commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401k and gym/fitness membership reimbursement.

Location

This position can be fully remote.

Salary

Salary: $22 - $25 per hour
